George’s birthday. July, Odesa, 2021. Hawaii Water Park.

As usual, we celebrate George’s birthday, and of course according to family tradition the celebration takes place in the Water Park! And this time we celebrate in full force, gathered, as you remember, our whole family – our Africans and we Ukrainians! Glory to Ukraine and glory to South Africa! I am happy that I managed to invite my relatives and pay for their flight. I am happy that I was able to show them the country, the roots of which are in their blood. And as you understand, this happened a year before the war began, and now, at the present time, everything has already changed. It is unknown what awaits us all in the transition and what will happen to our Ukraine in the future. But I did it!!

День народження Георгія. Аквапарк Гаваї. Одеса, 2021

І як заведено ми святкуємо день народження нашого Георгія, і звичайно ж згідно з сімейною традицією святкування проходь в Аквапарку! А цього разу ми святкуємо у повному складі, зібралася, як ви пам’ятаєте всі наші сім’я-наші африканці і ми українці! Слава Україні та слава Південній Африці! Я щаслива з того, що мені вдалося запросити моїх рідних і сплатити їм переліт. Я щаслива, що змогла їм показати країну, коріння якої в крові. І як розумієте, це сталося за рік до початку війни, і тепер, наразі, все вже змінилося. Невідомо, що чекає на нас усіх у перелі і що буде з нашою Україною в майбутньому. Але я це зробила!
