May week in Limassol. 2025

The week was fruitful.
I am working – I am doing three works at once, two on order and one for the soul.
I have almost completed the first work on a Jewish theme. Now I am waiting for the text, which should be written on a Torah scroll. It turns out that Torah scrolls are usually dedicated to close relatives. The customer is still away, and the text has not been agreed upon.
I have not yet shown the second work in progress.
And the third, for the soul, I am writing on a cherished 80cm round canvas – I am writing peonies!
The new topic may overshadow my own ideas, so I have to combine them!
In addition to all this, I am performing my daily ritual – morning yoga, then the sea, and Greek!
May God grant you all health and luck, as my beloved Radu says!

Травневий тиждень у Лімассоле.

Тиждень пройшов плідно.
Я працюю- веду відразу три роботи, дві на замовлення та одну для душі.
Майже завершила першу роботу на єврейську тематику. зараз чекаю текст: який має бути написаний на торі. Виявляється, що на торах зазвичай пишуть посвяту близьким родичам. Замовник поки що у від’їзді і текст не погоджений.
Друга робота в процесі поки не показую.
А третю, для душі пишу на заповітному 80см круглому полотні-пишу півонії!
Я переживаю про те, що нова тема може затьмарити мої власні ідеї, тож доводиться мені поєднувати!
До всього цього виконую свій щоденний ритуал-ранкова йога, потім море та грецька!
Дай бог вам усім здоров’я та везіння, як каже мій улюблений Раду!

"The Last Tango" Art Project, by Tatyana Binovska Vera Kholodnaya was a real star of silent cinema and photographs with her image came out in mass print runs. The exhibition featured more than 200 photographs. Vadim Vadimovich Kostromenko, the permanent director of the Odessa Film Studio Cinema Museum, gave us several boxes with an old film. We pulled a fishing line throughout the gallery, hung files with legends about the life and death of V.Kholodnaya on it. You know, it turned out that it is very important that our viewers are very fond of reading, and later on at the next exhibitions I used this feature. The Cinema Museum provided a camera and a projector for use at the time.  The centre of the hall, so modern and cold, we separated with a thin muslin, which became the border between the past and the present.
